Quantum Medicine – The Power of Connection

Aktualisiert: 22. Jan. 2022

I am pleased to announce a professional development weekend in Hove, England in February 2020. A Quantum Medicine Approach: Power of Connection is an introduction to the work of Body Resonance.

Are you a health practitioner looking for a deeper connection to your innate wisdom? Do you seek to improve the experience of the therapeutic encounter and increase the impact of your treatment?

The Body Resonance approach perceives the body as a resonating space that reflects internal and external stimuli in the form of vibrations. When we become aware of these vibrations and regard their interplay as a kind of symphony with its own frequencies, there is room for a reorientation of body and mind. First in ourselves and finally with all that is.

To recognise that at a fundamental level everything is a frequency or vibration, means also to become aware of how connected and interdependent everything is, including ourselves. Your ability to ‘connect’ is the key to relaxation, growth and ultimately healing. Furthermore, the power to connect is a transformative energy; indeed the quality of your presence activates the immune system – both your own and, through a process of entrainment, your client’s.

The aim of this weekend is to support you as a practitioner to become more aware of - and to attune with – the resonances of interaction: between you and the environment, between you and your client. Expanding your conscious presence and becoming more attuned to this interconnection, you will open the door to a more active, creative response in your work with your clients as well as to your life experiences.

Body Resonance is an approach that applies irrespective of any techniques you might use: the result is to encourage greater ease and flow in your practice and increase the impact of the treatment.

The workshop will include:

  • How to use your body as a ‘tuning fork’. The physical body is a resonant space, open not only to receive information but also act as a mirror for external and internal stimuli

  • What is ‘mine’ vs. what is ‘yours’

  • How to understand the specific nature of awareness required to support your client’s healing

  • How to work in a way that not only supports your client but includes you as a practitioner thus bringing another level of awareness and wellbeing

  • Recognise the difference between empathy and compassion and how moving from one to the other is a learning curve in healing

This workshop is open to anyone working in a healing or therapeutic context with others, whether in a professional or voluntary capacity.
